About the Role: Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join their supportive multidisciplinary team on a contractor basis. This is a flexible opportunity offering a combination of clinic and community-based work with a varied paediatric caseload. Key responsibilities include: Conduct speech and language screenings for preschool and kindergarten-aged children in clinics, schools, childcare centres, and community settings. Complete comprehensive speech and language assessments using standardised and non-standardised assessment tools. Develop individualised therapy plans and deliver evidence-based intervention programs tailored to each child's goals. Monitor client progress through ongoing reviews, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations to families and educators. Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, healthcare professionals, and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure reports are completed within required timeframes. Essential Criteria: Bachelor or higher degree in Speech Pathology Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia. Paediatric experience preferred.
